Outreach
While many counselling and support services are based around delivery models that require a person to come and access programs, we understand that the majority of those who are vulnerable and in greatest need of support will not reach out.
Life-Gate’s outreach team take the crisis assistance, counselling and material aid to those who are battling and isolated rather than waiting for them to come to us. Our outreach programs include a weekly street outreach service, art-therapy and mentoring for at-risk youth in our COLOUR of HOPE program and community BBQ events.
